When Daniel and Mandy Watson of Knoxville applied for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, they had high hopes, but when a telephone pole was installed a short way from their dilapidated farmhouse last week, they were even more hopeful. The Watsons’ home is suffering from mold, a crumbling foundation and has had roofing problems that pre-date the storms from earlier last year. They also help single mothers through their nonprofit, Restoration House.
